Hi! Am Richard Joseph Siy.

I am new in blogging and am also going to try my luck in the Real Estate business. I will feature House and Lots and Condos as well as other real properties that appeals to me and why you should also take a look at it.

By you I mean the OFW, the young professional and members of the Call Center Industry. If you do not save up now, when will you? When you are too old to enjoy your new house but still have to pay the amortizations all the way to your grave?? OOOOppps, a bit too morbid but it is true!!!

Many people, you know who you are, spend a lifetime just dreaming about their dream house. That’s all it amounts to, a dream.

While my blog title is Philippine House and Lot, I intend to also talk about living in Manila. Hey, I need a way to destress myself too. And who knows, there might just be a good samaritan out there who just might be able to help me too.
